Return & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your LINO CLUB purchase.
For most online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Please do not send items to an address without first confirming the correct return destination.
Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with UK consumer law, including the applicable standard delivery charge. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, where applicable.
